If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete cookies, some functionality of the platform may no longer be available.
Please note that depending on the specific purpose for which we use your personal information, we may process your personal information for multiple legitimate reasons.
3. System permissions we use
We may need to use system permissions on your device (excluding permissions invoked by third-party connections) to collect relevant personal information. Although we have already mentioned this in previous sections, this section will summarize all system permissions used by JoiParty to provide you with a more systematic, complete, and transparent presentation. You may choose whether to authorize us to use relevant permissions on your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, it may lead to some services being unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other features of JoiParty.
(1),Album and storage permissions: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the album read and storage functions on your device. This feature will be used to upload text, images, videos, and other content from your device, and to cache text, images, and videos generated during your use of Soul products and/or services. Please note that we will not automatically read the contents of your local album. We will only obtain image/video data when you enable this permission and actively select the corresponding images in the album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned features will not function properly.
(2),Microphone permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and identify the voice information you upload. This permission will be used for voice input and will collect and identify the voice information input during the realization of these functions. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned features will not function.
(3),Push notification permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will send push notifications to you so that you can receive and understand the notifications we send promptly. If you refuse this authorization, you will not receive the messages we push.
(4),Camera permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This feature will be used to take photos and record videos, and to collect and identify the images and video information captured or recorded during the realization of these features. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned features will not function.

(6),Device information access permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will collect relevant device information to protect your account and login security. This will help optimize the user experience, security checks, and identify whether it is a commonly used device and its binding status. If you are an Android user and refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use the product and/or services normally. If you are an iOS user, due to iOS system restrictions, you may not be able to directly refuse or disable the aforementioned authorization. However, for certain device information (e.g., IDFA information, which may be updated periodically according to iOS policies), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse authorization, we may not be able to provide you with corresponding features or services (e.g., if you refuse to allow us to collect your IDFA information, we will not be able to provide personalized displays based on IDFA tracking identifiers).

After resolving the issues preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above.
If necessary, we may also retain certain information for safety, security, and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user’s account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening new JoiParty accounts in the future.
